What is your returns policy?
Changed your mind? That's fine, we're happy to refund your order.
After you have received your goods, you can return any item to us for a refund (provided you have the ‘Returns’ document) or an exchange, returned with the original packaging and in a condition which is similar to the one in which the goods were received, within 7 days of receipt of your goods. Please ensure you use a standard tracking service (courier).
Refund on Shipping and Handling Charges
Please note that we do not refund the shipping and handling charges that has been paid on any transaction.
How do I return an item I ordered online?
As long as the item is unused, with the original packaging and in a condition similar to one it was received in, you can return it by post to the address enclosed in the parcel when delivered. See our refund section for full details.
Please note that delivery and gift wrap service charges are not refunded.
When do I get my refund once I've returned an item?
When you order online on giftsmill.com, you can cancel your order within seven working days, although this depends on the status of the order. Normally it would be very rare that we won’t be shipping an order for seven day. If your order has not been shipped, you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and get the order cancelled. We shall stick to our no questions asked returns policy and will refund you the entire amount.
However, if your order has been shipped and has not reached you, you need to contact email@example.com with your order details and we shall first ensure that we stop the parcel while it is en-route to the delivery address, this might take some time. We shall be delighted to stick to our no questions asked returns policy and will refund you the entire amount after making sure that the shipment has been stopped.
If it so happens that the parcel has reached you or the delivery address then you can return it back to us within 7 days of receiving the goods with No Questions Asked. Please make sure that the goods have not be used, are in the original packing, returned with all the paper work (if any). You would be required to use a standard tracking service (courier) to return the parcel and we shall be issuing a refund after receiving the parcel back and making sure that it meets the requirements of our simple and friendly returns policy. We shall be refunding you the order amount minus the shipping cost incurred by you.
Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org, about the returns, so that we can refund you the cost of your items within 7 days from the date of purchase. We shall not be refunding the postage and wrapping charges that have been incurred on the transaction. The refund will be credited to the payment card account. An email will be sent to you updating the status of the refund. We will be using the email address provided to us at the time of purchase for all such correspondence.
