What we want in you is, you should be very, very active on facebook and twitter. Activity should be constructive.
You should be good in English. Nope not the Shakespearean english but the kind of lingo we use in India.
You should have the cheek to take the micky out of some one but not be offensive.

Of course, you should be computer friendly and with a pleasant personality.
